Reconfirms the McNulty/CUPID and Hitachi proton validations after the
v1.7.8 production-cut logging change, and regenerates the tracked
Results/Current outputs for the current Cl35 config.

* McNulty (148 MeV, 10M events): 1,444,245 primary + 196,409
  secondary-neutron confirmed interactions, bit-for-bit matching the
  prior baseline.
* Hitachi (22 MeV, 10M events): sigma_device = 2.1194e-06 cm^2 at
  Qcrit=50fC vs. archived 2.119e-06 cm^2 (4 significant figures).
* Regenerated Results/Current (differential/cumulative spectra,
  PANDAEX recoil-species summary) for run.mac's Cl35 config (200 MeV,
  0.2 um sensitiveXY/deadXY, 1 um sensitive/dead thickness, 100k
  events).
