This is the first snapshot for the upcoming 3.1 release, which is going to have the black screen from the latest Windows 11 insider build and legacy UI option if you don't want to use the new interface.
Everything new is sort of borked right now, but this snapshot sort of gives a sneak peek for what to expect.
