Flipnic file tools 2.2 (Pre-Release 1)

Portable command-line utility with a GUI front-end for working with various file formats in Flipnic video game.

NOTE: Use this version if you want to work with audio files, since it includes several improvements in that area specifically.

What's new?

• Support for larger than original files when doing .BIN repacking (not working for subfolders atm)
• (Somewhat) accurate ADSR and basic vibrato support for SF2 conversion
• Fixed stretching not working for menu mockups
