The pre-built SQLite database the public demo and ./run.sh read.

Replaced in place by each scheduled data refresh, so this tag always points at
the current file. It lives here rather than in the repository because 40
committed revisions of it accounted for 309 MB of a 317 MB repository --
97.5% -- growing about 7.7 MB per refresh, five refreshes a week.

./run.sh downloads it on first run if it is not already present. Nothing
needs an API key.
