First public release of oh-my-zcode-slim — an oh-my-opencode-slim-equivalent agent orchestration suite for ZCode, packaged as a ZCode plugin.

Notes for this version
- Council seats are intentionally not bundled: generate them per machine with
add-councillor.sh— model provider ids differ per install, especially in remote/SSH sessions where custom providers materialize under UUID ids. See the README sections "Configuring your council" and "Remote (SSH) setups". - Installation, smoke tests, and the full OMOS → ZCode mapping are in the README. Debugging lessons from the port are in docs/LESSONS.md.
