What's new since Deployment V1.2

• Recurring subtask stuck in "Overdue & missed" — moving a recurring parent task's due date forward no longer leaves one of its recurring subtasks stuck showing as overdue on the dashboard when it isn't.
• Scheduler now prefers earlier open time within a day — the auto-scheduler gives a small preference to starting earlier in the day, instead of always filling whichever gap happens to be biggest.
• All-day events no longer get stuck in the "Right now" card — only genuinely timed items appear there now.
• Dashboard agenda no longer lists all-day events — they only show in the "Right now" card, where they belong.
• Calendar multi-select and short-item grouping fixes — selecting calendar blocks for a bulk action dims what's unselected instead of covering titles with a checkbox; very short calendar items now always group properly instead of sometimes rendering unreadably.
• Fixed Google Calendar events sometimes duplicating — editing a recurring event's pattern directly in Google Calendar no longer leaves two copies in TaskFlow, and an event that lost its Google connection this way now re-syncs properly instead of getting stuck.
• Fixed a stuck spelling-suggestion popup and a sub-task prompt not dismissing — the "Did you mean…" popup now closes properly when clicking away; "couple" was removed from smart-parse's word list to stop false triggers; "Save" on a parent task now also dismisses "Apply to all sub-tasks" when there's nothing left to apply.
• Fixed cloud backups failing for some tasks created from a template — a leftover field on template-created tasks could trip up "Back up now"; now handled correctly.
• Fixed a calendar item hiding its time even with room to show it — an unrelated earlier item ending nearby no longer affects a block's own display.
• Editing "Time left" now actually updates your scheduled blocks — changing a task's remaining time now updates its scheduled calendar blocks to match, including shrinking, splitting, and re-scheduling leftover time correctly.
• Fixed remaining calendar sliver cases and a recurring-task due date bug — short calendar items that partially grow into empty space now group correctly if that's still not enough room; a new recurring task no longer defaults its due date to today when today doesn't match the recurrence pattern.
• Short calendar items now expand or group instead of rendering unreadably small.
• Fixed the event editor scroll and a few calendar block display issues — the event editor's Description field no longer traps scrolling; several block-spacing and short-item display fixes.
• Calendar events now sync live across your devices — editing or deleting a calendar event on one device now shows up on your other signed-in devices within moments, independent of Google Calendar.
• Fixed back-to-back scheduled work rendering as separate blocks — two chunks of a split task with no gap between them now merge into one continuous block.
• Fixed overlapping calendar events with long titles rendering unreadably narrow, and short items hiding their time even with room to show it.
• Reschedule a task in one tap, without opening it — a new quick-reschedule menu (Tomorrow, In 3 days, Next week, or pick a date) reachable via hover (desktop) or swipe (mobile).

What's new since Deployment V1.1

• A secondary accent color for system feedback — the calendar-rewrite spinner and its progress bar now use a color distinct from the primary accent.
• The tab icon follows your accent color live, updating instantly when you change it, with the checkmark staying a fixed white in every case.
• The task detail view's two columns scroll independently — a long description or comment thread no longer pushes the fields sidebar off-screen.
• Mark a single scheduled slice of a task done — a multi-day task's earlier days no longer show as "Missed" forever. Marking every slice done (or reducing "Time left" to zero) now completes the task automatically, the same as ticking it off directly — and a task waiting on another one to finish first has those controls locked until it's done.
• Small fixes: a broken border on a task's title/description box, borders removed from the comment box's action buttons, and a bug where pressing Enter twice fast while adding a task could create it twice.
• The README now links to the live deployed app.

This release bundles what had previously been pushed as several smaller commits after Deployment V1.1 into one squashed release commit.

What's new since Deployment V1.0

• Theme presets and a custom accent color — Settings → Appearance now has 6 accent color presets plus a custom color picker, with the full light/dark shade ramp derived and contrast-checked automatically.
• The app logo and the Projects page now follow your accent color — the logo used to always be teal regardless of your chosen accent; the Projects page also has a quiet, static accent-tinted backdrop.
• Fixed a stale "time left" bug — deleting the last sub-task under a task that used to have sub-tasks could leave it stuck with an incorrect remaining-hours value inherited from when it was a group of sub-tasks, which also kept it from being auto-scheduled.
• Minor layout/spacing polish in Settings → Appearance.

This release bundles what had previously been pushed as several smaller commits after Deployment V1.0 into one squashed release commit.

Initial release of the taskflow app.
