Initial working release

This release builds against the latest SDK as of this release:

https://github.com/espressif/esp-idf master as of commit 0865819 (2017-01-18)

and the latest toolchain as of this release

xtensa-esp32-elf-*-1.22.0-61-gab8375a-5.2.0

Note this was tested in the Windows msys2 environment, but the corresponding Linux toolchain should work just as well in a Linux environment.

When building with newer SDK releases, you may get a few initial questions about new sdkconfig options. Answer with the defaults it suggests and it should build fine.
