Save game support: Native home users are not allowed.

Monitoring of file and directory activity for C:\ added

  • Background: In addition to programs, games, ports, and emulators save files in the user's home directory,
    usually “C:\User\xxxx....” or ProgramData/Programs/Programs (x86).
    Monitoring is only used to locate the directories. This allows you to back them up later
    and keep track of the directories. Which program/game/port emulator
    has backed up/changed or removed what and where.
  • Activated in the tray menu or via the argument line with “%wmon”
    Reaction time between starting the program and registering the capture hotkey (fixed)
