Add RTTTL Support and APRS Support

  • Add AUDIO_MODE setting with WAV and RTTTL modes
  • Add songs.txt RTTTL song bank support
  • Cycle through RTTTL songs one line at a time and wrap to the first song
  • Ignore blank lines and lines beginning with #
  • Auto-create songs.txt with the built-in PicoFox RTTTL tune when missing
  • Add FatFile-compatible line reader for songs.txt
  • Remove MORSE_FARNSWORTH_WPM support
  • Use standard PARIS Morse timing based only on MORSE_WPM
  • Add live Morse generation after WAV and RTTTL playback
  • Remove dependency on audio.h
  • Add 100 ms TX key-up delay before audio transmissions
  • Add 1 second keyed carrier gap between normal audio and Morse ID
  • Reduce RTTTL modulation level from 100% to 65% to reduce distortion and over-deviation
