  1. Added option to select root folders for ANAT and FUNC files
  2. Added help windows for file selectors
  3. Fixed FD and FD–DVARS plots
  4. Replaced CORR, ZSCORE, and RMS withTMFC functions (to avoid dependencies on MATLAB toolboxes)
