FRS - v0.3

Reworked startup handling to use your normal desktop session, with read-only diagnosis, bounded manual launch retries and reversible startup shortcuts.

Extract all three files from release.zip together: Fix_RadeonSoftware.ps1, RadeonStartup.psm1 and README.md. Run from a normal, non-administrator PowerShell window on Windows 10/11 with PowerShell 5.1 or 7.

The old RadeonSoftwareAutostart task is left untouched. Inspect and remove that legacy task before installing the new shortcut. This helper does not repair drivers or guarantee recording/overlay support in elevated games.

Validation: source parsing and 44 isolated tests passed on Windows PowerShell 5.1 and 7. Actual AMD hardware, logon startup and recording/overlay behavior still need manual validation.
