Pre-release: native Windows policy application and restore validation is still pending. This preview is not production-validated; no actual privacy policies were applied during verification.

  • Audit-first C# redesign with explicit policy selection, read-only previews, backup-before-write, and conflict-aware restore. The old immediate-execution modules are no longer exposed.
  • Windows x64 self-contained .NET 10 executable; no separate .NET installation required. Policy access requires a supported Windows 11 Pro, Enterprise, or Education edition.
  • 29 tests passed. Windows executable smoke checks covered help, the read-only catalog, and invalid input. Native registry writes, policy propagation, restore, and application compatibility still require the manual Windows validation checklist.
  • The unsigned executable keeps the previous asset filename. SHA256SUMS.txt and build-metadata.json record the checksum and exact source commit.

Full Changelog: v0.1.1...v0.2.0-rc.1

Third-party licenses and notices are included in PrivacyEnforcerPro-v0.2.0-rc.1-ThirdPartyNotices.zip, with its checksum in SHA256SUMS-ThirdPartyNotices.txt.

I will atleast try to keep it updates as PowerShell transitions to version 8 etc.

If you want the most updated versions, I recommend just downloading the files directly from the Git.
