* Redesign legal pages and improve privacy policy layout

Major overhaul of the English Imprint and Privacy Policy pages with improved structure, navigation, and visual hierarchy. Added styled sections, table of contents, and clearer separation of legal topics. Enhanced privacy policy content for clarity and compliance, including a new section on performance monitoring (Cloudflare RUM). Updated shared.css with typography and readability improvements for legal content. Footer and mobile navigation were also refined for consistency and usability.

* Updated date

Update date of effectiveness to October 25, 2025 in impressum.html and privacy.html both in German and English version.

* Restyle project listings with card layout (#21)

- restyle the German project listing to match the privacy page card layout with detailed project highlights
