Version 1.0.0 - Vanilla

This is the initial vanilla version of my RAG project, serving as the foundation for future updates. The purpose of this project is to learn as much as possible about how RAG function and how to build practical RAG applications. The vanilla version does not contain any sophisticated optimizations, it was my first RAG ever build and was just created to have something that works. Now I will build on top of it. Firstly I am planning to replace fixed-size chunking with the context-aware type and change the embedding model to improve retrieval.
