MHIOS v2.1 — Core v13.0 | Publication edition 1

MHIOS v2.1 is now the current research-and-teaching companion to MathGov / RippleLogic Core v13.0 Release I and SGP v8.8.

Recommended download: MathGov_MHIOS_v2.1_Core13.0_Publication_Edition_1.zip. Its top-level README and requirements include the RFC3339 date-time validation dependency omitted from the supplied original requirements. It includes the improved browser reader and all 86 original files unchanged, plus the original ZIP for provenance. Research version and semantics remain v2.1. The separate original ZIP is retained for exact comparison.

The full suite passed 133 tests, six synthetic examples, checksum checks, Markdown/Word parity and 115 PDF contents destinations. All fifteen Core source hashes match the previously verified published Core masters. The hosted landing and improved reader pass the tested 320/390/768/1440 layouts and automated WCAG A/AA checks. Passing these checks does not establish empirical validity, full Core conformance, M2/M3 deployed-interface conformance, real authorization, native Excel interoperability or production readiness.

The prior public v0.8 release remains unchanged. The supplied v2.1 standard records a separate v2.0 source baseline; old records require explicit migration and cannot simply be relabeled. No private provenance was published.
