Cannot create account on mobile and Desktop

Describe the bug
When on my mobile phone which is an iPhone 11 I was trying to create a account on the harmony server instance and I was capping on create account and it wasn't make one
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go on a iPhone or mobile device.
2. Go to. Fermi.chat create account. On Harmony server.
3. Fill out the information. Tap on checkbox. And then tap on create account. The error as it doesn't go to login or a different page it just stays on that create account page

Expected behavior
It creates the account and allows me to use the server
