First prerelease of app in near-final form after many changes. Most notable:
- Adds support for the distribution plots
- Popup progress bar during refreshes
- Image saving now working
- Axes properly specified
- Legends added
- Values for k can now be specified
- Bounds for each variable now set in the app (except for k; will be addressed in future release).
