Handle corrupted shulker data and improve validation

Adds a new 'corrupted_shulkers' table to store corrupted shulker data and error messages. Enhances deserialization logic with stricter validation, including checks for array and item lengths, and moves corrupted entries to the new table while removing them from active shulkers. Improves logging for easier debugging and manual recovery.
