New Features

• Cmd+F Find & Replace — In-document search with match highlighting, case sensitivity, whole word toggle, next/previous navigation, and find-and-replace. Search bar stays fixed at the top-right of the editor.
• Default editor association — Quartz automatically sets itself as the default .md editor so VS Code's built-in Cmd+Shift+F search results open in Quartz instead of the text editor.
• Block-level diff review — View git changes for markdown files with inline diff highlighting directly in the Quartz editor. Accessible from the SCM context menu or toolbar.
• Diff toggle button — Toggle diff view on/off with a swappable icon in the editor toolbar.
• Code block language selector — Code blocks now show a language selector dropdown with syntax highlighting themes powered by lowlight.
• Table of contents — Quick-pick overlay (Cmd+/) for jumping to headings, plus a sidebar outline panel in the Explorer.

• Fixed diffViewActive context key not resetting when panel is disposed
• Fixed tab character in code blocks — now inserts 2 spaces instead
• Fixed Tab key incorrectly jumping to task list checkbox in code blocks
• Repositioned table hint as a centered sticky toolbar
