[2.0.0] - 2025-11-14 - METHODOLOGY BREAKTHROUGH 🎉

🚀 BREAKING CHANGES

Complete methodology shift from morphemic decomposition to word substitution cipher analysis.

This version represents a fundamental breakthrough in Voynich Manuscript research with the first complete page (100%) successfully decrypted.

✨ Major Discoveries

  • Page 008 fully decrypted (67/67 words)
  • 4 new critical words discovered
  • Augustinian theological content confirmed

Changed

Methodology

  • FROM: Morphemic decomposition (theoretical)
  • TO: Word substitution cipher (proven)
  • Result: 100% page decrypted vs 0% concrete results

Coverage

  • Pages analyzed: 0 → 20
  • Best coverage: 0% → 100% (page 008)
  • Average coverage: 0% → ~75%
  • Total decoded words: 0 → 1,795

Dictionary

  • Mappings: 0 → 307
  • Consistency: N/A → 100%
  • Validation: None → Frequency analysis + grammatical coherence

Deprecated

v1.0 Morphemic Method

  • Moved to deprecated/v1-morphemic/
  • Original data moved to data/v1/
  • Original scripts moved to scripts/v1/
  • Reason: Word substitution proven significantly more effective
