Glosy 1.0.2
Your words and sentences now stay with you, however you sign up or log in.
- Words saved before signing up are no longer lost. Signing up with Google could make all your words look missing, and signing up with Google through onboarding lost the starter words. Every sign-up path (email or Google) now keeps them.
- Saved sentences come back after logging in with Google. Before, only words were restored.
- Sentences show their text and translation after signing up, instead of "Sentence #…", and translations are no longer lost when you log in or switch language.
- Syncing no longer gets stuck. Reviewing a sentence that was already synced could block all syncing of words, sentences and coins. Review progress made before signing up is now kept too.
- Android: version 1.0.2 (versionCode 5), signed with the Play upload key.

Glosy 1.0.1
Faster, safer language switching.
- No more freeze after switching language. Switching could freeze the app for 15–60 seconds; it now takes a fraction of a second.
- Language switching is all-or-nothing. The new language's dictionary is downloaded before anything changes. If something fails (for example the server is unreachable), you see an error and stay on your current language, nothing is lost.
- The language sheet can't be closed while a language is being switched or added, and "Add a language" is disabled during a switch or delete.
- Language changes are limited to 20 per 15 minutes.
- Loading spinners while the dictionary loads for the first time and while finishing onboarding.
- Lower memory use and fewer re-renders on the home screen.
- Android: version 1.0.1 (versionCode 4), signed with the Play upload key.
