A one-click desktop GUI for the Aether censorship-circumvention tunnel. Press Connect — identity setup, route discovery, and prompt answering all happen automatically.

What's new in 0.2.0

• Animated 3D backdrop — a real-time WebGL scene (a flowing aurora gradient, a drifting particle field, and an energy ring behind the connect button) that reacts to the connection state: orange while searching, teal once connected. Falls back to a lightweight animated background automatically when a GPU context isn't available or the OS requests reduced motion.
• Automatic reconnect — if the tunnel drops unexpectedly mid-session, the app now retries on its own with backoff ("Reconnecting… attempt N of 3") instead of dropping you to a bare error. A disconnect you asked for is never retried.
• Persian README — the project docs are now available in فارسی alongside English.

Earlier fixes now included

• Fixed an infinite Protocol → Scan Mode prompt loop that could get connections stuck (affected every protocol).
• Live route-discovery progress: real elapsed time plus an actual percentage and progress bar once Aether reports its scan budget.

One-click GUI for Aether, a censorship-circumvention tunnel. Auto-connects with sensible defaults, or dial in Protocol / Scan Mode / IP Version yourself from the Advanced panel.

Highlights

• One-click Auto mode — press Connect, done. No configuration required.
• Advanced panel — Protocol (MASQUE / WireGuard / gool), Scan Mode (Turbo / Balanced / Thorough / Stealth), and IP Version, each with an explanation on hover.
• Live progress — a real percentage and progress bar during route discovery, parsed straight from Aether's own scan budget, instead of a silent spinner.
• Animated black-orange UI with an ambient background, a connect-state ring/glow, and smooth transitions throughout.

Fixes in this release

• Fixed an infinite Protocol → Scan Mode prompt loop that could get every connection attempt stuck forever, regardless of protocol.
• Fixed a Tauri permission gap that silently blocked all backend status updates from reaching the UI.
