I'm Mateo Soto, a Systems Engineering student (Ingeniería en Sistemas) at UPSA — Universidad Privada de Santa Cruz de la Sierra, in Santa Cruz, Bolivia 🇧🇴.
I build software where an LLM is one component inside a larger system — agent orchestrators, MCP servers, things with real process boundaries and git-worktree isolation. The part I enjoy is the systems design, not the prompt. I ship open source that people use — my MCP server for Cisco Packet Tracer is past 130 ⭐ — and I go deep enough to understand why it works, not just that it does.
