v0.1.1-alpha - Pre-Push Rules & Documentation Improvements

Minor release adding pre-push validation support and documentation template enhancements.

What's New:

  • PRE-PUSH-RULES system added to IMPLEMENT.md for validation checks (e.g., E2E tests, production builds)
  • PRE-PUSH-RULES-TEMPLATE for defining push-time validations
  • Table of Contents policy clarified in AGENTS.md
  • Improved Table of Contents structure in SYSTEM-DOCUMENTATION-TEMPLATE.md

Note: This is an alpha release. Expect rough edges and iteration as workflows are refined.
