  the same project. Drop targets and insertion markers make the destination clear;
  conversations cannot be dragged into another project or server.
• Keep the context usage meter hidden and present the optional resume-compaction
  suggestion in a quieter, responsive bar with an accessible explanation.

• Persist server conversation group changes before saving their order and reconcile
  partial updates when a destination changes during the operation.
