• Attach images when answering an agent's question; answered questions show as a
  compact row that stays visible after the turn.
• Codex models come from the installed Codex CLI, like Claude models: every model has
  a description, internal models are hidden, and effort levels follow the model.

Changed

• Sending a message with attachments is instant: the composer clears and your message
  appears right away while the send finishes.
• One agents bar above the composer instead of two, and sidebar rows show running
  agents with a timer, including subagents resumed after a turn.
• Work log rows follow t3code: consecutive commands are one group that counts
  failures, titles are never cut, and a failed step shows a small failed tag.
• The editor header shows activity only for real work, with a short label.

Fixed

• Only one Thinking row while a turn is thinking.
• The usage pace marker no longer shows as a white tick at rest.
