Project: Create new rules for the Topology Framework in gvSIG Desktop.

The suggested structure for the review of the documentation is the following:

1. New rules for the Topology Framework in gvSIG Desktop

2. Community Bonding Period

3. Topological Rule: Must be coincident with

   3a. Report Week 1 (May 27th to June 2nd)

   3b. Report Week 2 (June 3rd to June 9th)

4. Topological Rule: Must be covered by endpoint of

   4a. Report Week 3 (June 10th to June 16th)

   4b. Report Week 4 (June 17th to June 23rd)

5. Topological Rule: Points must be covered by line

   5a. Report Week 5 (June 24th to June 30th)

   5b. Report Week 6 (July 1st to July 7th)

6. Topological Rule: Must be properly inside polygons

   6a. Report Week 7 (July 8th to July 14th)

   6b. Report Week 8 (July 15th to July 21st)

7. Topological Rule: Contains point

   7a. Report Week 9 (July 22nd to July 28th)

   7b. Report Week 10 (July 29th to August 4th)

8. Final Report

   8a. Report Week 11 (August 5th to August 11th)

   8b. Report Week 12 (August 12th to August 18th)
