- New CHANGELOG_ZH.md (full zh changelog for 0.2.0/0.1.1/0.1.0); add to
  package files; cross-links from CHANGELOG.md and both READMEs.
- CHANGELOG.md: record the host-model-attribution fix and add an upgrade
  note (restart dsh web required — the Host caches plugin code in memory).
- README.md / README_EN.md: upgrade note for v0.2.0 + changelog links.
- docs/ROADMAP.md: mark v0.2.0 delivered with verification record; detail
  the v0.3.0 context-diagnosis plan (contextBreakdown/compaction/source
  attribution); add a prioritized backlog of v0.2-derived optimizations
  (pricing snapshot refresh, session-scope UX, indicator model attribution,
  large-session fold truncation, official price fetching).
- docs/ARCHITECTURE.md: map the current state to v0.2 (21 source files),
  resolve the four v0.1 friction points, note v0.2 observations, refresh
  the version matrix and test surface (28 tests + live E2E).
