Fixed

• Dry-run summaries now report the files that would change instead of returning 0, matching the real run decision path while leaving file bytes untouched.
• Text output now says Files would change in dry mode; JSON changed reports the same would-change count.

Verification

• DUnitX integration suite passed: 31/31 tests.
• CLI proof script passed against the built 1.5.0.0 executable.
• Win64 Release executable reports FileVersion=1.5.0.0 and ProductVersion=1.5.0.0.
