• Read-only DFM validation: dfm-check no longer modifies the original project inputs. All validator-specific changes, including removal of the madExcept define, are confined to the generated project clone under .dak.
• Reliable madExcept handling: Generated validators now fail fast with actionable {$IFNDEF DFMCheck} guidance when application units still link madExcept-related code unconditionally. This replaces the previous opaque Win32 exit 217 and Win64 access violation.

Documentation and agent guidance

• Updated the DAK skills and README to reflect the current DFM-check timeout, guarded dead-code --apply, LSP capabilities, and typed build overlays.

DelphiAIKit v1.2.0

DelphiAIKit 1.2.0 adds typed compiler overlays for special Delphi/MSBuild builds, including profiler builds, without leaving the DAK build path.

Highlights:

• Added build --define <symbol> overlays that append to existing project compiler defines.
• Added build --unit-search-path <path> overlays that append to existing project unit search paths.
• Preserved project-defined DCC_Define and DCC_UnitSearchPath values instead of replacing them.
• Rejected these overlays for WebCore builds where MSBuild/DCC properties do not apply.
• Documented profiler and special-build usage through DAK.
