新版看板精简工作记录，并将规范汇报、实际检查与成果文档串联到对应轮次。

类别	详细内容
轮次时间轴	当前与历史轮次纵向串联，圆形图标表达执行状态。项目资料移到右栏，主区保留汇报、简洁记录和日志入口，支持中英文及手机布局。
规范工作汇报	按固定格式记录任务标题、摘要、阶段和阻塞，程序校验后加载，不额外调用 AI 提取。缺失或未完成的记录明确提示；这些业务描述仍是执行模型的汇报。
实际运行信息	在支持的 Codex 会话中读取实际模型与推理强度，当前轮次显示经身份确认的运行时长；项目和轮次关联减少历史串用，断线与未知状态明确呈现。
检查与成果	通过正常工作工具登记支持的测试结果、交付文档和静态预览。机器计数、文件时效和预览状态分别核验；未登记、过期或不支持的信息不会冒充成功。
可靠停止	改进 Windows/WSL 的所属进程清理，保留中断前已输出的日志与已报告用量。停止未确认时提示失败、允许重试，并防止立即重新启动。
移除下一步	看板和对外工作记录不再显示下一步；自动运行内部使用的共识交接继续保留。旧记录可继续读取，不追溯补造缺失数据。
验证与范围	已使用 Luna/high、Terra/high 的真实多轮任务验收，页面截图来自真实记录。自动解析面向已接入的记录和检查格式，不保证任意测试框架、所有子代理活动或业务功能都已验收。
升级方式	更新原安装目录的代码后重启 Dashboard；后续轮次开始使用新的记录约定。保留现有设置、项目和历史，更多支持范围见仓库的运行记录说明。

A simpler work journal connects structured reports, recorded checks and output documents to their own cycles.

Category	Details
Cycle timeline	Current and historical cycles share a vertical timeline with circular execution-state icons. Project details move to the sidebar, while reports, concise records and logs stay prominent. English, Chinese and mobile layouts are supported.
Structured reports	Fixed-format task titles, summaries, phases and blockers are validated and loaded without another AI extraction call. Missing or unfinished reports are explicit; business descriptions remain reports from the execution model.
Observed runtime	Supported Codex sessions provide the actual model and reasoning effort, with identity-checked elapsed time for the active cycle. Project/cycle association prevents unrelated history from appearing as current facts, and disconnected or unknown states remain visible.
Checks and outputs	Normal workflow tools register supported test results, delivery documents and static previews. Machine counts, file freshness and preview availability are checked separately; unregistered, stale or unsupported information is not presented as success.
Reliable stop	Improves owned-process cleanup on Windows/WSL and retains logs already emitted and usage already reported before interruption. An unconfirmed stop stays retryable and prevents immediate restart.
Next-step removal	Next steps are removed from the Dashboard and exposed work records; internal consensus handoff continues. Existing records remain readable without fabricating missing historical data.
Verification and scope	Real multi-cycle Luna/high and Terra/high tasks were used for acceptance, and screenshots use actual records. Automatic parsing covers integrated record and check formats, not every test framework, all child-agent activity or independent business acceptance.
Upgrade	Update the code in the original installation directory and restart the Dashboard. Subsequent cycles use the new recording contract. Existing settings, projects and history remain; see the repository's runtime-observation guide for supported behavior.
