验证	Windows PowerShell 5.1/7、Linux/WSL、真实 systemd 临时服务及真实 macOS 的三种启动场景均已验证；197 处资源引用无缺失。服务测试使用隔离探针，未调用付费模型。

Log retention	Removes the oldest modified cycle logs and their paired JSON files, so newer logs survive restarts. The separate usage ledger is unaffected.
Skill resources	Corrects paths, replaces unavailable-resource promises with existing guidance and official documentation, clarifies optional capabilities, and adds a reference check.
Documentation	Corrects both READMEs' descriptions of recovery scope, engine output, and Dashboard status.
Open-source license	Adds the root MIT LICENSE with upstream and contributor attribution while retaining third-party notices.
Workflow cleanup	Removes an obsolete finance workflow that generated simulated success after its project had been removed.
Upgrading	Update the existing installation, then restart the relevant loop or Dashboard. macOS preserves current settings; intentional service-parameter changes still use the installation procedure. Previously overwritten settings cannot be restored automatically.
Validation	Verified Windows PowerShell 5.1/7, Linux/WSL, temporary real-systemd services, and three real macOS startup scenarios. All 197 resource references resolve. Service tests use isolated probes without paid model calls.
