统一看板与产品工作语言，支持提前设置下一产品的语言，并带来两个可在本地体验的生成应用。

统一语言	看板、文档入口和新产品工作共用一个偏好；首次跟随电脑显示语言，中文系统使用中文，其他语言使用英文，后续可手动调整。Windows 与 WSL 读取同一 Windows 用户显示语言。
产品周期	同一产品在多轮执行、暂停和重启之间保持原语言。中途可以修改偏好，但只对下一产品生效；看板同时显示当前与下个周期语言。停止后用 make next-product CONFIRM=NEXT 明确开始下一产品周期。
操作与排错	常见帮助、安装、启停及预算暂停提示支持中英文；提供对应语言的操作和排错入口。底层原始错误、命令和历史记录保留。
技能与交付	所有附带技能统一英文编写，面向用户的工作仍跟随产品语言；新产品界面、文档和报告收到统一语言要求，交付时仍需检查生成内容。
TableDelta	新增本地 CSV 差异核对示例：按唯一键查看增删改与未变记录，并导出 JSON 报告。
CueCheck	新增本地 SRT 字幕检查与编辑示例：检查时码、重叠和阅读负担，修正后下载字幕与报告。两个示例均附真实截图，已有界面保持中文。

✨ Choose once and keep each product's language consistent

Unify the Dashboard and product workflow language, prepare the next product's preference, and explore two generated applications locally.

Category	Details
Shared language	The Dashboard, documentation entrypoints and new product work share one preference. It initially follows the computer's display language: Chinese for Chinese systems, English otherwise, with manual changes available. Windows and WSL read the same Windows user display language.
Product cycles	A product keeps its language across iterations, pauses and restarts. Changes made during work apply only to the next product; the Dashboard shows both current and next language. After stopping, use make next-product CONFIRM=NEXT to explicitly begin the next product cycle.
Operations and troubleshooting	Common help, installation, start/stop and budget-pause guidance supports English and Chinese, with matching operational and troubleshooting entrypoints. Raw tool errors, commands and history are preserved.
Skills and delivery	All bundled skill sources are English while user-facing work follows the product language. New interfaces, documentation and reports receive one language requirement; generated content still needs delivery review.
TableDelta	Adds a local CSV comparison example: inspect added, deleted, changed and unchanged rows by unique key and export a JSON report.
CueCheck	Adds a local SRT checking and editing example: review timing, overlap and reading load, then export corrected subtitles and reports. Both examples include real screenshots and retain their existing Chinese interfaces.
Upgrade	Update the existing checkout and restart the relevant loop or Dashboard. Saved language takes precedence over legacy service environment values. Existing products, customized content and history are not translated automatically.
Verification	Windows PowerShell 5.1/7, Linux/WSL, real systemd and macOS service checks pass, including interrupted-write recovery, Dashboard language saves and runtime governance. All 197 skill-resource references resolve.
