Small bugfix release before rewrite

Bugfixes

• Fixed exported tag lists being .json files intead of .txt files
• Migrated from https://github.com/MaximumOverflow/Philia-GUI to https://github.com/MaximumOverflow/Philia
• Updated all dependencies. It doesn't change anything usage-wise, but at least there are no more known vulnerabilities ;)

What to look forward to next

Now that I'm actively developing Philia again, you can expect major updates... eventually.
I'm planning on a complete rewrite, focusing on performance and extensibility, as well as quality of life.

I've been collecting feedback since Philia's first release and here are the things that I think would be the most important:

• Per-source blacklists
• A download manager
• Bulk tag editing
• Search functionality for downloaded images
• A way to easily add sources without having to fumble around with an obscure scripting language
• Collections, separate from datasets

Some other things I'm considering:

• More extensive plugin functionality, such as support for custom widgets and windows.
• Support for themes, not just color palettes
• Source login functionality
• Mobile support (Android only). Don't hold your breath on this one, but it may happen.
