The RAW development screen sizes its list for at most 24 Image Control
entries (factory looks, custom sets, as shot). With three or more added
slots the list widget refused the count and the camera stopped on
entering Image Control. Also keep Toning's name in the RAW subtitle hook
for factory looks.
