Misceo 0.1.0 — public binary release

The first public prebuilt release of Misceo is distributed through npm. Install it with npm install --global @misceo/cli. It includes the local Anthropic-compatible gateway, embedded dashboard, three routing modes, session-aware model handoffs, tool-loop protection, history, and cost reporting. This GitHub repository contains public documentation and issue tracking; product source code is not included.
