fix: device connection handling (#5) (425a564)

  • fix(bluetooth): Improve connection stability and message routing

Refactors the entire Bluetooth connection lifecycle to be more robust. Messages are now sent only to authenticated devices, and connection timeouts are handled more gracefully.

  • Replaced Timer with DispatchSourceTimer for more precise timeout control.
  • Introduced a dictionary to store both devices and connection objects, ensuring reliable message delivery.
  • Added a flag to prevent sending data to anonymous or timed-out devices.
  • ci: remove product name from shared.scconfig
