First public release of prove-it — a verification-first protocol for AI coding agents.

What it does

Enforces structured output blocks before and after every implementation:

• VERIFICATION PLAN before coding — what done looks like, how to verify, edge cases
• VERIFICATION RESULT after coding — actual command output, PASS or FAIL
• CANNOT VERIFY when runtime is unavailable — explicit command + risk, never silent
