Fixes an issue where the time displayed in the latency timeline graphs was showing UTC rather than local time. As the logs output local time this meant it appeared the logs were out of sync with the UI.

Changes:

• enh: Plot window selection is now a dropdown for easier selection
• fix: show no host selected in the multiping traceroute graph when no host selected
• enh: Traceroute panel in plotping (traceroute) mode now shows average, min and max based on the currently selected window and offset
