Please read the repository homepage first, it explains what this tool can and cannot do.

  • kces-mod-editor-amd64-installer.exe — Windows installer (amd64). It associates the KCES formats in the file manager (.menuassets, .mateassets, .pmatassets, .model, .nei, the conf and col families and so on, each with its own icon and opening on a double click), registers the kces-mod-editor:// protocol so other programs can hand files over, and installs WebView2 when it is missing. Choose this one if you also use ABA EXPLORER, because handing files between the two goes through those protocols
  • kces-mod-editor.exe — portable build for Windows (amd64). No installation, no file associations and no protocol registration. Requires WebView2, which Windows 11 already ships with
  • kces-mod-editor-linux-amd64 — Linux (amd64). Requires the GTK4 and WebKitGTK 6.0 runtime libraries

本ツールで何ができて何ができないかはリポジトリのホームページに記載されていますので、まずはそちらをご確認ください。

  • kces-mod-editor-amd64-installer.exe — Windows インストーラー版（amd64）。ファイルマネージャーで KCES の各フォーマット（.menuassets・.mateassets・.pmatassets・.model・.nei、conf 系と col 系など）を関連付け（それぞれのアイコンで表示され、ダブルクリックで開けます）、kces-mod-editor:// プロトコルを登録して他のプログラムからファイルを引き渡せるようにし、WebView2 が無い場合は自動でインストールします。ABA EXPLORER も併用する場合はこちらをお選びください。両者の間でファイルを引き渡す仕組みがこれらのプロトコルです
  • kces-mod-editor.exe — Windows ポータブル版（amd64）。インストール不要で、ファイル関連付けもプロトコル登録も行いません。WebView2 が必要です（Windows 11 には標準で含まれています）
  • kces-mod-editor-linux-amd64 — Linux（amd64）。GTK4 と WebKitGTK 6.0 のランタイムライブラリが必要です
