APMF v0.3.1 — Graph and Report UX Improvements

This patch improves the usability and stability of the memory graph and audit reports.

Highlights

• Added an interactive graph layout with automatic stabilization.
• Added node dragging and pinning.
• Added pan and zoom navigation.
• Added Fit view and Reset layout controls.
• Preserved custom node positions using local storage.
• Updated the visual style to a cleaner, less decorative interface.

Fixed

• Fixed graph nodes continuously drifting after the initial layout.
• Fixed task relationships being split into individual characters when target_entities was stored as a string.
• Fixed the PDF export button overlapping neighboring report components.
• Added responsive layout behavior for smaller screens.

Verification

• Python tests: 34 passed.
• JavaScript syntax check: passed.
• npm package dry-run: passed with 24 runtime files.
