Fix candidate for a crash on the loading screen of CUSA00411 with FG on.

  • The classic engine no longer patches the game's controller calls (GOT pad patch) in any title; the controller is polled instead, as already done for CUSA00207 and EXPERIMENTAL titles.
  • New app icon.

Install: put the package in /data/pkg, install it with the GoldHEN Package Installer, start VCFG once (it updates the plugins by itself).
