Coax v1.3.2 — first fully automated release

Maintenance release, and a milestone: this is the first Coax release built, signed, and notarized entirely by CI — from tag push to the installers below, no human hands involved.

Nothing in the app itself changed since v1.3.1, so updating is optional. What's new around it:

• Release builds now come from GitHub Actions (macOS signed + notarized, Windows Authenticode-signed, Linux AppImage/deb — all from one pipeline)
• The website's download links now update themselves whenever a release is published
• Contributor tooling: one-command local run of the marketing site via Docker, ESLint on a modern flat config, and the end-to-end suite running in CI
