修复

• 设置面板把所有字段标成「当前不生效」。插件明明开着，页面从「文档同步」往下整片灰掉并标上「当前不生效」，让人以为规则全失效了。原因是依赖上级开关的控件用「上级的值等于 true」判断自己是否被读取，而 mode 的「开」是字符串 on 而不是布尔 true。现在每个上级开关记下它自己的「开」值再比较。

升级

dsh plugin --profile <profile> add @melosic/dsh-dev-workflow@0.4.1

配置字段与默认值不变；这是纯面板显示修复，不需要改任何配置。

• The settings panel labelled every field "currently inactive". The plugin was on, yet the page was greyed out from Documentation Sync downward, which reads as "the rules are all disabled". A control that depends on a parent switch decided whether it was live by testing the parent against the boolean true, but mode's on-value is the string on. Each parent switch now records its own on-value and is compared against that.
