Summary

  • Stabilize Hermes/MemOS startup by preserving and reusing the Node binary used for plugin installation.
  • Fix L2 duplicate evidence association, tune skill eta lifecycle thresholds, and persist skill trial/usage data.
  • Improve L3 world-model merging with policy overlap, add world-model versioning, and surface version/id metadata in the viewer.

Test plan

  • ruff check apps/memos-local-plugin/adapters/hermes
  • ruff format --check apps/memos-local-plugin/adapters/hermes
  • npm run build / package and install flow for apps/memos-local-plugin
  • Restarted Memos plugin daemon and Hermes, then verified the bridge connection state

Made with Cursor

Update Hermes bridge startup, skill lifecycle scoring, L2/L3 memory handling, and viewer metadata so the local plugin remains connected and reflects memory model state consistently.
