feat: add detailed log controls

Summary

• Add a default-off detailed log setting that gates chain view, failure-only filtering, and advanced lifecycle log categories.
• Keep the default logs page focused on list-mode memory add/search logs, with multi-tool API filtering for correct pagination.
• Remove the task page bulk-delete action while preserving other task selection controls, and include the existing OpenClaw tool/keyword retrieval fixes on this branch.
