Add native memory import flows

Summary

• Add Hermes native memory import from ~/.hermes/memories/MEMORY.md with scan, batch import, progress, and stop controls.
• Add OpenClaw native import from ~/.openclaw/agents/*/sessions/*.jsonl, matching the legacy plugin's user/assistant message extraction behavior.
• Share a unified import UI with scan metrics, styled progress bar, localized copy, and route coverage tests.
