English — INT-001 source table completed; module version 0.1.1:

• added URLs, publishers, edition/date, reliability tiers (code_reference / industry_reference / community_convention);
• added SRC-CODE-HB-HEIGHT (Hubei height/clear-height file);
• 29 sources total; 14 used by INT-001;
• height data now cites Hubei file; source_registry keeps pending/metadata-only status;
• source_audit remains warn, not pass;
• registry hash updated.

简体中文 — INT-001 来源表补全，模块版本 0.1.1：

• 补 URL、出版方、edition/日期、可靠性分级（code_reference / industry_reference / community_convention）；
• 新增 SRC-CODE-HB-HEIGHT（湖北层高/净高文件）；
• 来源总数 29，INT-001 使用 14 条；
• 层高数据改引湖北文件；来源状态仍为 pending/metadata-only；
• source_audit 仍为 warn，不是 pass；
• registry hash 已更新。

• persona_lint pass (V5.11.1)；
