V5.11.2 — INT-001 open questions / 项目输入清单

English — INT-001 version 0.1.2 adds the project-level open-questions set:

  • 7 questions OQ-001..007 with priority, why, default_if_unanswered;
  • OQ-001 (jurisdiction) is a blocker; data stays pending until answered;
  • references/module-int-001.md §7 now renders the table; no data values changed;
  • module registry hash updated; source_audit remains warn.

简体中文 — INT-001 版本 0.1.2 收编项目级问题清单：

  • 7 个问题 OQ-001..007，含 priority、why、default_if_unanswered；
  • OQ-001（项目所在地）是 blocker；未回答前数据保持 pending；
  • references/module-int-001.md §7 改为问题表；未改任何数据值；
  • 模块 registry hash 已更新；source_audit 仍为 warn。

Verification / 验证

  • selftest 27/27；module_selftest 22/22；module_lint pass；
  • persona_lint pass (V5.11.2)；
  • 干净安装 24/24 + 3 skip。
