V5.9.1 — Module template source_id / 模块模板补丁

English — Template-only patch:

  • assets/modules/_template.json now includes source_id + verification in the data example, so new modules don't miss source governance;
  • no runtime/module-version changes (ENG 1.1.0 / BIO 1.1.0 / ESD 1.1.9 unchanged);
  • README/SKILL only bump to V5.9.1; no module-version index change was needed.

简体中文 — 纯模板补丁：

  • assets/modules/_template.json 的 data 示例增加 source_id + verification，新模块不再漏来源治理字段；
  • 无运行时/模块版本变更（ENG 1.1.0 / BIO 1.1.0 / ESD 1.1.9 不变）；
  • README/SKILL 只升到 V5.9.1；它们不索引模块版本，无需改数字。

Verification / 验证

  • selftest 26/26；persona_lint pass；干净安装 23/23 + 3 skip；
  • 模板已包含 source_id。
